Introduction:

Blast furnace ironmaking is one of the important production process chains (ironmaking, steelmaking, casting and rolling) in the iron and steel industry, and the blast furnace charging system is a key link in blast furnace ironmaking production. The raw materials are continuously sent to the blast furnace through the furnace top to ensure the normal demand of blast furnace ironmaking. D32 frequency converter has a mature application in the double-car hoisting and feeding system of iron-making blast furnace.

Features:

D32 is a wall-mounted inverter, the power range is 0.75KW-500KW, the voltage level of the incoming line voltage is 380V-480V, and the control method is vector control without speed sensor. D32 has a wealth of control devices, including 8 digital inputs (LI1-LI8), 2 analog inputs (AI), 2 relay outputs (TA), 2 analog outputs (AO), 5V auxiliary power supply for analog power supply Fixed input, 24V auxiliary power supply is used for digital input, all LI/TA, AI/AO can be freely programmed to define functions.


MODBUS interface is standard configuration of D32, no option is required. The D32 can be connected to higher-level automation systems via MODBUS.

System Introduction:

In this system, a 160KW hoist motor is driven by a D32 200KW inverter, and one hoist simultaneously drives the left and right two trolleys to go up and down each other, that is, one of the trolleys feeds upward, and the other trolley Descend for an empty car. The inverter bus voltage may be pumped up in occasions such as deceleration braking and top unloading, and the external braking unit and braking resistor are used to achieve rapid braking and stopping.
